What every venue has.
Safe surfaces
Courts and fields are checked before every session for hazards — wet spots, holes, loose equipment — and anything unsafe is fixed or taped off.
AED and first aid on site
An AED and a stocked first-aid station are at every clinic, with staff trained to use them.
Water and shade
Access to water at every site, and shade or an indoor rest area at outdoor venues.
Restrooms and a clear layout
Restrooms on site, with a layout where staff can see athletes moving between areas.
Safe drop-off and pick-up
A defined check-in and check-out area so athletes are handed off directly between a staff member and a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.
